Customers may purchase parts via the Kenworth Dealer Network. The location of our Parts Distribution Centers enables Kenworth to provide one-day, overnight shipping service to most dealers in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
Kenworth Parts Distribution Centers offer parts service to Kenworth dealers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. That means when you need a part to get your truck up and running, that part will get to your local Kenworth dealership quickly.
You may be able to take advantage of a dealership delivery service.
Some Kenworth dealers can distribute your parts orders via their outside parts salespeople and parts delivery staff. Many dealerships offer regular parts runs as part of their customer service. This is especially helpful to customers who may be 30 miles or more from the nearest dealer location. Check with your local dealer for information on this added-value service.
