Truckworx Kenworth Receives Prestigious 2023 Kenworth Dealer of the Year Award
Dealer Meeting Kicks Off with the Theme: Charging Ahead
Truckworx Kenworth received the prestigious 2023 Kenworth Dealer of the Year Award for the United States and Canada at the recent annual Kenworth Dealer Meeting in Ojai, California. The meeting’s theme was “Charging Ahead” and focused on technician training and connected services as pathways to provide superior customer uptime and continuing to drive the transition to zero emissions.
“Truckworx Kenworth personifies what a Kenworth World’s Best dealer is all about.” said Jim Walenczak, Kenworth general manager and PACCAR vice president. “Will, Mike and their team are passionate about growing their network and improving their customer experience, which is evident in their status as a 100% PremierCare Gold dealership and exceptional performance during an outstanding year in 2023.”
Truckworx Kenworth’s key achievements included excellent heavy duty market share and PACCAR engine mix, PremierCare Gold leadership, service bay capacity over 100%, reinvesting in their business, strong PACCAR Financial heavy duty market share and successful TRP stores.
Truckworx Kenworth was also honored with a Dealer Excellence Gold Award.

During the Dealer Meeting awards ceremony, Kenworth also presented the following awards:
MHC Kenworth – North Carolina received the Kenworth PremierCare Gold Dealer of the Year award, which promotes the importance of service excellence and the reinvestment in their business and facilities. MHC Kenworth – North Carolina maintained 100% PremierCare Gold at all ten of their locations throughout the entire year and two of their locations offer 24/7 service.
Wisconsin Kenworth received Kenworth’s PACCAR Engines Dealer of the Year award. Wisconsin Kenworth achieved impressive PACCAR engine sales share, strong heavy duty market share and impressive PACCAR engine mix. All seven of their locations are PremierCare Gold certified.
MHC Kenworth – Kansas City was named Kenworth Medium Duty Dealer of the Year. The dealer sold Kenworth medium duty trucks to a diverse customer base, had a strong medium duty market share and is a PremierCare Gold leader with all five of their locations PremierCare Gold certified.
Kenworth Northeast Group captured the Kenworth Parts and Service Dealer of the Year award. The dealer exemplified service excellence by achieving 100% PremierCare Gold at all of their locations. Kenworth Northeast Group was a top performer with PACCAR Parts purchase growth, Parts retail sales growth and Parts Fleet Services growth.
Palmer Group received the Kenworth TRP All-Makes Dealer of the Year award. The dealer group improved TRP purchase volume, increased TRP store retail sales, grew Parts retail sales and PACCAR Parts Fleet Services business throughout the year. Additionally, the group opened another TRP location in 2023.
Kenworth of Louisiana achieved strong heavy duty and medium duty market share in 2023 and an impressive PACCAR engine mix. Kenworth of Louisiana had a strong reinvestment rate, PACCAR Parts retail sales growth and PACCAR Financial heavy duty retail share.
MHC Kenworth – Kansas City achieved impressive heavy duty and medium duty market share, PACCAR engine mix, 100% of their five locations are PremierCare Gold certified, and they exemplified service excellence with facility excellence, dwell time and call center responsiveness.
MHC Kenworth – Tennessee placed high in PACCAR engine mix, Parts Fleet growth, PFC heavy duty retail share, reinvestment rate and were a PremierCare Gold leader with six out of their six locations PremierCare Gold certified.
Wichita Kenworth was a leader in heavy duty market share, medium duty market share and PACCAR engine mix. All four of their locations are PremierCare Gold certified, and they were recognized as leaders for service bay capacity, dwell time and facility excellence.
Kenworth Northeast Group ranked high in heavy duty market share, PACCAR engine mix, reinvestment rate, Parts purchase growth and are 100% PremierCare Gold certified at all locations.

Truckworx Kenworth was selected as Kenworth Dealer of the Year from among Kenworth’s six Gold Award winners for 2023. The other gold award winners are:Kenworth of Louisiana achieved strong heavy duty and medium duty market share in 2023 and an impressive PACCAR engine mix.
