EPA Clean Air Excellence Award
Kenworth received the environmental honor at the EPA’s Ninth Annual Clean Air Excellence Awards, which recognizes and honors outstanding innovative efforts in the progress of achieving cleaner air. Kenworth received the award based on the selection criteria by directly reducing emissions, demonstrating innovation, and offering sustainable outcomes.

Green Washington Award
Kenworth received recognition for its T270 and T370 diesel-electric hybrid trucks, T800 liquefied natural gas (LNG) vehicles, and award-winning efforts by its manufacturing plant in Renton, Wash., to build trucks in an environmentally sustainable manner.

The PACCAR plant in Ste. Therese, Que., was named "Business of the Year" and received the Human Resources award in the large business category at the 27th edition of the Mercuriades competition. The Mercuriades awards mark the third major honor for a plant producing Kenworth trucks in the past few years.
